Steeping Instructions

  • One large tea pouch makes one liter of iced tea
  • Bring 3 cups of water to boil
  • Turn off heat and drop 1 large pouch into the pot and cover
  • Steep the tea as recommended
  • Steep for 5-7 minutes
  • Fill a pitcher with 2 cups of ice
  • Remove the pouch and add sweetener to taste
  • Pour tea over ice and enjoy!

Serving Recommendations

  • Ideal Brewing Temperature: 200ºF
  • Mama Wang's preferred sweetener ratio: 4 tsp of cane sugar per quart
