Returns & Refunds

What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are unsatisfied with any product purchased in the last 30 days, contact us to request return approval.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-edible products
If opened and used will incur a 50% disposal fee.
If we made a mistake, we will pay for the return shipment.
However, if the reason for return is due to personal preference, you will be responsible for the cost of mailing items back to us. 

We do not offer exchanges or returns for ceramic or glass products upon use.

We can offer full store credit of unopened and unused items, minus the cost of return shipping within 30 days of your delivery date. Once we have received your returned product in good condition, we'll issue a gift card to mamawangspantry.com.

Please note that original and return shipping charges will not be refunded. 

How do I submit a return request?
Please contact us at (562) 905-6200 or flavor@mamawangspantry.com. Please include:

  • Your name & order number
  • The unopened/unused item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as perishable goods, custom products, items on sale, and gift cards. Below is a list of all other non-returnable items:

  • Food
  • Spices
  • Herbs
  • Seasoning
  • Loose leaf teas
  • Special orders/personalized items
