When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped from our store within 1-2 business days for all shipping methods, Monday - Friday, after the payment and delivery address are verified.

Can I place an order online and do an in-store pickup?
Yes! You may opt for an in-store pickup. Please select “In-store Pickup” when selecting a shipping method for your order and you may pick up your items at our storefront located at 16515 Leffingwell Road Whittier, CA 90603. Our pickup hours are Tuesday and Thursday 11am-6pm.Saturday from 11am - 5pm PST.

Do you offer free shipping?
Enjoy free ground shipping via USPS/UPS for orders over $100.00 when shipping within the lower 48 states.

How much does shipping cost?
For orders less than $100.00 within the contiguous US, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
For wholesale/bulk orders, shipping will be paid by the customer.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer expedited shipping to most US street addresses via UPS. At times we combine shipping methods to provide the best service possible.

Where do you ship to?
We're happy to ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam. The cost of shipping will be determined at checkout. 

Can you ship to PO boxes?
We'll gladly ship your order to a PO box address with USPS. The cost of shipping will be determined at checkout.
