How to make Chrysanthemum tea?
Hot Tea: Put 3 grams of loose tea for each 7-9 oz./200-260 ml of hot water, temperature about 95℃ (203℉). Steep 3-7 min.
Iced Tea: To make 1 liter/quart, put 36 grams of loose tea into a teapot. Pour 315 ml of boiling water over tea. Steep 5-10 minutes. Fill a serving pitcher one-quarter with cold water. Using a strainer, pour the tea into the pitcher. Add honey or sugar to your liking.
