Chia Matcha Overnight Oats Recipe
Too busy to make breakfast? Put all the ingredients together before you go to bed and enjoy this healthy and delicious breakfast in the morning.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of rolled oats
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 tsp of Izu or Peppermint matcha powder
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- 2/3 cup of unsweetened oat milk
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a mason jar or a wide mouth jar and mix well.
- Refrigerate overnight, serve in the morning or in the afternoon as a snack with your favorite toppings.
