Chia Matcha Overnight Oats Recipe

Too busy to make breakfast? Put all the ingredients together before you go to bed and enjoy this healthy and delicious breakfast in the morning.


  • 1/3 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tsp of Izu or Peppermint matcha powder
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup of unsweetened oat milk


  1. Add all the ingredients to a mason jar or a wide mouth jar and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate overnight, serve in the morning or in the afternoon as a snack with your favorite toppings.
